No "controversy" per se, just some people think it's a good idea, uses up
otherwise unusable stash oddments, and leads to knitting "getting out
there" in a good way, where as others just think that the little hats are a
silly idea that will end up in land fill, and would rather be knitting big
hats for people heads, and others think that just giving more money direct

Aside:
I know I've not shown up for a while. Moved offices and it's not quite
so convenient. Plus things had got really busy personally. Seems to

This Festival gets around 20,000-30,000 people through the doors...
I'd guess there will be about 100 people out of that interested, and
god knows how many kiddlings...
